TranscribeHQ v1 does not require a web account login. If you need account-related data deleted, email us at support@transcribehq.com with the subject line “Deletion Request”.

Required Verification

• The email associated with your support or subscription records.
• Platform used (iOS, macOS, or both).
• Approximate date of purchase or last support interaction.

Processing Timeline

• Initial response within 24 hours.
• Verification follow-up within 3 business days.
• Deletion completion target within 30 days of verified request.

What Is Deleted

• Support conversation records tied to your identity.
• Stored contact records in waitlist/support systems.
• Account-linked entitlement metadata where applicable.
