Service Scope

TranscribeHQ provides on-device transcription and subscription-enabled cloud transcription.
Service availability may change due to maintenance, updates, or infrastructure incidents.
Feature scope and platform support may evolve between versions.

Billing and Subscriptions

iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store billing.
Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple’s policies.
Restore purchases and subscription management links are provided in-app.

Acceptable Use

Do not use TranscribeHQ for unlawful or abusive processing activities.
Do not attempt to disrupt service availability or bypass entitlement systems.

TranscribeHQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. You are responsible for reviewing output quality before relying on transcripts for legal, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TranscribeHQ and SystemSculpt are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use or interruption.
